"Paulo and his team were on time, professional, and highly skilled. MP Remodeling took down 20+ year old wallpaper in 3 rooms as well as hallways on two floors. Additionally they patched/repaired the walls. We brought them back to paint the rooms as well as trim and 10+ doors which were stained dark and are now painted brilliant white. "The job went very well.  Celso was very responsive to our questions and was able to schedule a crew to paint our house within a couple of weeks of providing an estimate.  The job took just over a week (2200 sq foot colonial) and everything looks fantastic.  He was very diligent about following up with us for a final review of the work.  
Celso and his team had two years earlier stripped the interior of wallpaper and painted every room in the house and that job has held up very well.

"Initially, I met with the head contractor who came quickly and on time to the site. He looked it over carefully and discussed the job with me very candidly and in a friendly, reasonable manner. He understood that I was preparing the condo for sale and that I wanted it to look appealing to potential buyers. He had some helpful and cost effective ideas about what to do. He quoted $2500 for labor understanding that I would pay for the paint he purchased with no markup. This was the best quote I got out of three painting companies. The workers came and worked all day for 3 and one half days. I was especially impressed by the prep work the crew did. This was not a superficial prep job. They filled all the defects in the walls and a major defect in one ceiling with great care. I was not expecting so much given the very reasonable quote. They did a very good job covering floors and furniture prior to painting. Trim and walls looked very nicely painted at the end. They also painted inside of closets, the outside of a painted cabinet, behind the fridge and stove, the radiators and the steam pipes. Afterwords, the crew cleaned up very well. I am extremely please with the job and the cost. I have not received the bill for the paint yet, but I expect it will be reasonable given what they have done so far. I will call Baystate for future jobs and I will recommend them to others.
