We were told it would be no longer than an hour and it ended up being close to 3 hours. The gentleman who came out to talk to us was great and very knowledgeable but there is a ton of information he was required to go through with us. They are also trying to make a sale on the spot so they offer discounts that will expire if you don't make the purchase before they leave your home. I would suggest that potential customers do their research in regards to pricing etc beforehand.
