"Cape and Islands Pool and Spa has maintained and serviced the hot tub/spa at my home for the 15 years that I have owned it. Staff reliably come every two weeks to check the spa and ensure that it is running smoothly in top condition. They immediately notify me of any potential issue or problem with operation of the spa, advise me of the required corrective action, then execute that action swiftly, competently and cost-effectively. As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it.
