They immediately notify me of any potential issue or problem with operation of the spa, advise me of the required corrective action, then execute that action swiftly, competently and cost-effectively. As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it.
