"Scott did a fabulous job.
He responded to our request for a quote and sample of window tints promptly.
When we accepted his quote, he again responded quickly and schedule the installation at the same time.
He was efficient, professional, friendly, quick and tidy.
We would recommend him."

"I brought my 2009 Toyota Camry to Tint King. They tinted all four doors and the back window. I chose their better quality product as I plan to have this car along time. The job took about and hour and a half. I waited onsite. It looks great. Real nice job. However the inside of my trunk was soaking wet after the job. Not sure how that happened but I wish they would have cleaned up after themselves. I kinda wish that I had chosen a darker tint for the back doors and window but it is hard to tell how it is going to look until its done. I am happy with the job. It has been 3 months and no problems. The car looks great. If you go there they are around the back of the building at a garage bay not in the office part of the building. "
"Spencer responded quickly for my quote request. We set up an appointment to look at the window film products the following week. He called before he arrived at my house and was on time. He thoroughly explained the different films to me and I decided on the one that would block the most heat and glare. He was actually able to install it that day and it took him only about 2 hours to complete 4 sunroom skylight windows. Very happy with the how the windows look. Great to have a contractor show up when they are supposed and do a professional job!"

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
"I own a small business and someone tried to break in, so I needed the locks changed on the main door. Nick said that would be no problem, he would come as soon as he finished the current job he was at. He showed up in a timely manner, was nice and professional and did a great job. He even offered to change the locks on all my other doors as well, and didn't overcharge me. I would definitely call him again."
Tinted window films for houses are usually made from a micro-thin sheet of thermoplastic resin called polyethylene terephthalate (PET) that offers the strength and flexibility needed when fitting film to a window. Homeowners looking for a solution that insulates a window without blocking light from a home should investigate low-e glass vs. window film.
One drawback is that window film can reduce the amount of natural light entering a room, particularly if you opt for a darker or more opaque film. Additionally, if not installed properly, window film may develop air bubbles or wrinkles, affecting its appearance. Over time, certain types of window film may also experience discoloration or peeling. Moreover, certain window films can interfere with wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi or cellular reception. Careful consideration of these potential drawbacks is essential when deciding whether window film is the right choice for your home.
Home window tinting is generally considered a worthwhile investment due to its numerous benefits. The primary advantages include:
Energy Efficiency: Tinting reduces solar heat gain, which lowers cooling costs in warmer months. It can also help retain heat during cooler months, leading to savings on your electric bill that may eventually exceed the initial cost of the tinting.
UV Protection: It blocks harmful UV rays, protecting your family and pets from sun damage. This also prevents fading and extends the life of your furniture, flooring, and other interior furnishings.
Increased Comfort: By regulating heat, window tinting helps maintain a more comfortable and even temperature throughout your home. It also reduces glare on TVs and other electronic screens.
Enhanced Privacy and Security: Tinting makes it more difficult for outsiders to see into your home. Additionally, certain types of window films can increase security by helping the glass withstand trauma from break-in attempts or severe weather.
It's important to note that not all window tints offer the same combination of benefits. For example, security films are designed for impact resistance but may offer less UV protection, while ceramic tints excel at blocking heat and UV rays but do not provide the same level of security.
Replacing a window frame will improve your home’s energy efficiency if the old frame is cracked or damaged in a way that allows unconditioned air from the outside into your living space or if you upgrade to a more energy-efficient window frame material. Aluminum is the least energy-efficient window frame material, followed by vinyl and wood. Fiberglass and composite frames are the most energy-efficient.
The ideal thickness of window film depends on various factors and specific needs. Thicker films generally offer increased durability and enhanced security benefits. They are also typically more effective at reducing heat and blocking UV rays. However, thinner options may be preferable for some applications, such as decorative or privacy films. Thinner films are easier to apply and provide adequate privacy without compromising visibility. Ultimately, the best thickness of window film will depend on your specific requirements, desired benefits, and the recommendations of professional installers.
