"Amaury is my go-to guy for electrical from now on! He did a great job installing an exterior light for my backyard, which involved running wires from the deck, through the basement and up to the light switch in my kitchen. Got the job done in one day, was super nice and professional, and talked me through exactly how he would accomplish what i wanted done. Would definitely hire him in the future!"

I’m a Massachusetts CSL-licensed contractor with hands-on experience in home renovations, repairs, and property improvements. I’ve worked on everything from smaller repair projects to complete kitchen and bathroom renovations, and I take pride in doing quality work without cutting corners.\n\nMy experience includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, decks and framing repairs, drywall and painting, flooring, finish carpentry, closet systems, and general home improvements.\n\nI understand that finding someone reliable for a home project can be frustrating. My goal is simple: communicate clearly, show up when I say I will, provide straightforward pricing, and treat your home as if it were my own.\n\nI’m happy to take on both small projects and larger renovations, and I work with homeowners, landlords, investors, and property managers throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area.\n\nIf you have a project in mind, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to discuss what you’re looking to accomplish

"Carlos was fanstastic. He is super knowledgeable and helped us pick an entertainment system for our basement. He not only counseled is on what to purchase, he secured all of the electronics and installed them. He was professional, responsive, and does excellent work. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him to put in an outdoor entertainment system for us as well. Highly recommend."
Carlos has the speaker installed along with the TV mount well underway. Xfinity cable box, Sonos amplifier etc all concealed down within the homes basement! Out of sight, out of mind!

Sometimes you just have to smile and kill them with kindness... LOL!

TV's don't have to always look like a TV. Why not match your TV and audio system to match the aesthetics in your room?
Here we installed a Samsung Frame TV and Sonos Beam soundbar (both in white).

Lighting questions, answered by experts

Yes, outdoor lights and receptacles should be on a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) for safety. The outdoors is considered a wet location where GFCI protection is generally required. A GFCI enhances safety by automatically tripping and shutting off the circuit if it detects an imbalance, which protects against electrocution and reduces the risk of an electrical fire. While it is the safest approach for all outdoor electrical components, specific requirements can vary depending on the type of light (e.g., pool lights), its location, and local electrical codes. For guidance tailored to your specific situation, it's best to consult a professional electrician.

If you take home a pre-lit Christmas tree but want to spruce it up with blinking lights, don’t worry, there’s a simple solution. You can easily replace the light bulbs on the pre-lit tree with flashing bulbs. For a more subtle look, only replace some of the bulbs with flashing bulbs.

Table lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, desk lamps, and antique or decorative light fixtures that hold sentimental or aesthetic value are commonly repaired.

Yes, most services include testing the system after repairs. Confirm with your provider.

Local building codes typically require conduit around exterior wiring. Conduit protects the wire from moisture, extreme temperatures, sun exposure, and harsh weather conditions to prolong its lifespan. When a wire is worn out, it can be dangerous as the risk of electric shock or fire increases.
