APS Electronics was assigned by a major appliance manufacturer for a warranty repair on a completely dead refrigerator. Initial service was scheduled but there was no contact from APS until we called. The first visit did not result in a repair and we were not given a clear ETA for parts or a follow-up visit. We?ve now been without a working fridge for over 10 days. Communication and urgency were not what we expected.
