"Luciano responded to my text immediately and was able to come the next day to see the scope of the work. She texted me an estimate later that day. I’m usually around for at least part of the time when she cleans, and I have never seen anyone work harder than she does. She cleans everything better than I would myself if I had the time, and that’s saying a lot. Unlike other cleaners who come in a horde and clean your house *their* way, Luciane took notes to make sure she’s doing it my way. I feel very comfortable having her in my home when I’m not there. Her pricing is fair and honest. Expect to pay about twice as much for the first cleaning as you will for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings later. I asked for weekly cleaning, and after a few weeks she actually told me my house was so clean she didn’t need to come that often, so we came up with a plan for a full cleaning every two weeks alternating with a vacuuming-and-bathrooms-only cleaning. I’ve worked with other cleaners in the past and feel very fortunate to have found Luciane."

They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. They were punctual and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them."
