"LJL was hired to clean my apartment when I was moving. While my apartment was cleaned, I added services to help me pack. My apartment was left clean but over $10,000 of my belongings were not packed and stolen by LJL. These belongings included my college diplomas, Marc Jacobs and Kate Spade handbags, all of my jewelry, Sorel boots, all of my sweaters, and multiple other items. I texted with LJL when I realized the items were missing after I finished unpacking. LJL admitted to having the items and when I tried to arrange travel back to Lynn, MA to retrieve them, LJL replied they were on vacation and I never heard from them again. I do not have my items and replacing them is expensive. DO NOT use LJL Cleaning Services!"
