"We had fantastic work and timeline from Bob. They replastered our textured ceilings over 4 days and did a fantastic job. Bob was quick and easy to communicate with, as well as scheduling (estimate and work days). Several other contractors who came through the house complimented their work and the speed of the job."

"More expensive..but great work.. hired them for the time frame I needed it done A.S.A.P.. removed my popcorn ceilings and skim coated..looks amazing.!"

"Steve and his employees of S & D Property Maintenance are absolutely professional, trustworthy, and thorough. From estimate through touch up I was truly impressed with their punctuality and fine work. S and D Property Maintenance crew was punctual, polite, quiet and very considerate of my home. They were so thorough in masking things off, covering up the hardwood floors. They cleaned up after themselves every day and threw away all trash away. If I saw something of concern, they addressed it the next day. I have to say that I was completely comfortable with leaving my home open to them. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family, and to you, without reservation."

"I hired Matt after a no-callback and a no-show from two other contractors. I wish I found him first as he came by when he said would, got me a quote in under a day, and showed up to do the work. He and Austin spent about 8 hour putting up blue board over an old ceiling and in a closet, three coating everything, and touching up dents and areas where the trim had damaged the horse-hair plaster. Everything looks good, they definitely breathed new life into an old room. The plaster's about dry now, ready for a final quick sanding, primer and paint. I'm not going to bother calling anyone else the next time I'm looking to have plaster work done, Preferred Skimcoat gets my money from now on."

"Working with Derek and his team was great. The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. He was very kind, patient, understanding, timely with replies, and always followed through with his word. He actually restored my faith that there are honest contractors out there. His quote was more than fair, and his team traveled like 2, 2.5 hours for the job. His guys were always on time, very personable, and professional. They also went above and beyond by painting the walls, even though that wasn't part of the quote. Overall, Derek & his team are very trustworthy, reliable, fair, and all around kind. I would hands down call them again & refer them, especially because there are a lot of dishonest contractors out there. Thanks Derek & team! Cheers!"

"Mo is a true professional in his work and the best handyman you will ever need. I hired him to fix our kitchen cabinets and install some new ones. He did his work with such care and ease. He has a pleasant personality, which makes it easier to work with him. He works with your schedule, Highly recommended!"

"Rafael and his crew are amazing. They have done more work for me and my clients than i can even remember. For years he has been a trusted refferal partner to help my clients when they are buying or selling homes and I am so grateful for them. From interior and exterior painting and staining, to shower re-do's to repair work to power washing and more! they truly do it all! And the nicest people ever! Thank you 😊"
