"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"Awning slightly crooked, but he said it was suppose to slant in order for rain water to escape and not accumulate. He was professional and courteous. Would hire again."

"After receiving 3 Angi provider estimates I chose NW Painting. The owner, Melissa, provided a timely, accurate and fair estimate and discussed in detail her plan for my deck restoration. Throughout the project, she communicated effectively and provided the highest quality of work. She has an impressive work ethic, technical competence and strong customer service skills. My deck looks like new after deep power sanding restoration and staining. Highly recommend"

It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. The positives were: they were on time, finished on time, the job looked good, they were clean, the area they worked in was clean when they left. It looks good."
