We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. "Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.
