"I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."

We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. Their attention to detail is impeccable, every cut is precise and fits together tightly. Shawn answered all our questions and was always timely in responding to us. "I told them the issue was birds nesting on the arms of the awning. They proposed to either remove it, or replace it with a new one that the sales man emphatically warranted had a new design that would prevent birds. They removed it, the birds left. After about 3 weeks they installed the new one and within TWO DAYS the birds came back. I told the installers this would happen, but they strongly disagreed it would, politely of course. So now I have a new awning housing the old birds. Not worth the trouble. Bottom line, dont believe a salesman. The product appears to be a good one of good quality. Cant fault the manufacturer for the rest of this issue."
