Don was very thorough in his work. Once all the concrete driveway surfaces were sprayed, and the solution was working on killing algae and cleaning up the concrete, he used his pressure washer equipment to clean all surfaces. Once this was done, he washed off all surfaces with clean water...

He agreed in the contract that he will cover the additional area of the walkway up to the main door within $9000. After that, he added the additional area with 1500 sqft (Please see his contract). He demanded additional money for the area, which was included in the contract. Further, he brought mesh, which was very thin for the driveway. I told him it should be 1/2 inch thick mesh, and it is not acceptable. Then he asked additional amount. For the mesh. I said I will not pay; you need to do the work as per the contract. He asked for the second payment on day 2 and said he would come back when the bank check was cashed. I gave $2000 more."

Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."
