They were pretty straightforward and pretty easy. They are responsive. They are professional.

The total amount included delivery and installation. We went on a Thursday and they had a sale going. The lady explained to us the pros and cons of the side-by-side feature, the freezer-on-top feature, and the freezer-on-bottom feature. She showed us all the varying models and made some personal recommendations. She told us which one she had and told us she did not like that particular model and that if she had a voice she would have picked the other model. We had looked at other home improvement stores. One of the other stores had the exact same model for roughly $700.00 more than it was at Home Depot. The price of the refrigerator was $2000.00 before tax, delivery and installation. They normally retailed it at $2699.00, but they had a sale going that day. So the timing was good. The entire purchase transaction took about 20 minutes. They called to let me know when it would be delivered. The only drawback to the system is that they call and they tell you that it is going to be an hour and then they call back 15 minutes later when they narrow it down a little more. They called me to say it was going to take an hour and then 10 or 15 minutes later they called to say it was going to be half an hour. It's nice that they are doing it fast and it's weird to complain about that, but the issue is that someone had to be there. The guy came out and installed it. He actually replaced the part from the wall at no charge. They hooked it up and they were here maybe 25 minutes. We installed the filter and then they left. They were awesome. No one was better than them on price, but no one was significantly worse at retail if you bought it standard. We got a deal because of the timing. I could not find anything cheaper even on the Internet. There are higher quality brands of refrigerators that you can't get there. It was the best as far as retail grade goes. We bought one of the most expensive refrigerators in that place. As far as the punctuality goes, they just gave an am pm window and they cut down on the time frame. The guy was totally professional. I will use them in the future. When we buy a washer and dryer that's where we will go.
