So I am not sure if they are licensed and certified. They said they could take care of any problem that they found at this appointment. Our fireplace was full of wasp and they were telling us stories of other jobs that had a bunch of wasp, but they did not have any wasp spray. They had to use the 2 cans that I had. When cleaning out the fireplace, they did not even have a bucket to put the ashes in. We needed a new cleanout door, but they did not have any. They did not even clean out the ash from this area. They could not show us any photos or videos of the before or after cleaning"
