"The foundation of an old house I purchased had extensive wood rot due to water and termite damage. I was referred to "Floors Sag or Shake" by my Structural Engineer. The owners, Charles Rhoden and his business partner Eddie Ivester, came to my house to give me a quote. I received a written estimate via e-mail. I accepted the contract. Payment is 1/2 upfront and 1/2 when job is complete. Throughout the project, the team was always prompt, worked incredibly hard, used quality materials, cleaned up daily and kept me updated on the progress. Eddie was on-site every day. Everyone on his crew was skilled and knew what to do. Because my house is very old (built 1938), we found several "surprises" behind the walls. I decided to increase the scope of the work. The additional costs were very reasonable. I never felt pressured.
