"BUSINESS OWNER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH MY SCHEDULE TO GET OUT AND LOOK AT MY BELONGINGS. MIND YOU I HAVE A SPARSELY FURNISHED BACHELOR PAD.
SHE QUOTED ME $4000.00 TO PACK UP MY HOME!! - PACK ONLY NO MOVE.
I FEEL THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DESPERATE SITUATION I WAS IN.
FOUND ANOTHER AWESOME COMPANY THAT PACKED AND MOVED ME FOR HALF THE COST.
HERE'S WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN QUESTIONED THE COST:
and quot;We offer so much more as far as the service goes. We cater our services
to what our clients need. We know our clients are busy, so we do
everything and quot;outside of the boxesand quot; to help our clients. We will take out
the garbage, answer phone calls and take messages, etc. It's like
hiring your own personal assistant for the day. :)and quot;
I'M SORRY, DIDN'T REQUEST A PERSONAL ASSISTANT, JUST WANTED MY STUFF BOXED UP.

"I am not completely satisfied with the design of one of my clousets. It has too many shelves and not enough hanging space. It was hard to visualize this with drawings. I am in need of more hanging space. The shelves were for shoes which could have been cut in half by number. The crew that did the installation were excellent. They were very timely and cleaned up all of their mess. I would recommend them for that reason."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Indoor propane heaters are safe to use in a garage. You may be able to use an outdoor propane heater inside a garage in some instances, as long as the garage door remains open and there’s constant airflow to allow the carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide to escape. Other garage heaters include electric heaters and gas heaters.

The best method for painting a garage door depends on the door's design and the finish you want to achieve. For the most professional-looking finish, especially on doors with panels or intricate details, a paint sprayer is an excellent choice. It can easily get into hard-to-reach places and provide a smooth, even coat.

If you don't have a sprayer, or if your door is flat, a combination of a roller and a brush is the most effective approach. Use a roller for the large, flat sections to cover the area quickly and efficiently. For the best results, experts recommend a roller with a nap between ⅜ and ¾ inches thick; natural fibers can also help ensure an even coat.

A brush is essential for handling the finer details. Use it to paint grooves, angles, small panels, and the edges of the door where you need more control.

Regardless of the tools you use, it's a good idea to step back after the main application to review your work and use a detail brush to touch up any missed spots.

It is possible to manually open a garage door. However, whether you should manually open a garage door depends on the source of the problem. If the door doesn't open because of a broken spring or cable, for safety's sake, you'll want to leave the door closed until you can have a professional inspect it and repair it. If the problem lies with the opener itself, you should usually have no problem opening the door manually.

If your cement garage floor is sinking and cracking, your first step should be to call a local structural engineer to assess the problem. They can determine if it’s a minor amount of sinking related to normal settlement or if the issue is structural in nature. If you do have structural damage, the engineer or a foundation repair company that you hire will come up with a plan to fix the issue, which often consists of mudjacking for less severe issues or underpinning for more extensive problems.

Sliding garage doors aren’t popular because when they can be inconvenient—they require you to leave your car—if they’re manual. But, if they’re automatic, they’re much more expensive than a conventional tilting door. Some find the sliding door less aesthetically pleasing than a tilting or barn door.
