"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"I had previous leaks and was ready for a new roof. I called Weatherguard and Jonathan came to my house with more information than any one person should have.  He explained every step in detail. I felt comfortable talking with him and knew if I had any questions I could call and get answers.  The crew was professional, cleaned up every evening before leaving for the day and finished earlier than expected.  My neighbors were very impressed with the roof and did not know it was metal (I got the cedar shake) until the sign was placed in the yard.
