"They have been cleaning my house for a while now. I'm very pleased about their service. They are very dependable, if they have you on their schedule they will be there. If I've ever had an issue on their appointments the issue was handled very promptly. I've recently had a deep clean while on vacation and was very pleasantly surprised at the details they covered. They cleaned areas I would not have thought about asking to be cleaned. I feel like these young ladies are a part of my family now and would highly recommend them."

"I did a lot of research before buying a home alarm system. My evaluation had the following requirements:
- I live in a low-crime area so I only needed minimal monitoring
- I wanted to be able to manage the system remotely
- I wanted the system to have certain usability requirements, like audible warnings.
First I chose SimpliSafe because they had no contracts (but you do pay for the equipment up front). After using it for 60 days I had two issues:
- The audible queues from the system were not loud enough, it was easy to just enter the house and realize that you forgot to disarm the system.
- Their customer support had reasonable but annoying wait times.
I then switched to Frontpoint and although I'm paying a bit more over the course of the 3-year contract...
- They have almost no hold times.
- If you send them a help email, someone calls you back within 30 minutes
- The equipment has better usability than SimpliSafe (lit keypads, louder warnings.)
