"Phoenix Construction did an excellent job. The heater in my garage quite working. They were able to assess the problem in a timely manner and fix the problem without having to leave for parts and come back. Their customer service was excellent !!"

"Prompt, courteous, beautiful job. But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow. They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. I have sent email reminding, to no avail.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I paid for the recovery of the Freon, everything else was covered under the warranty. I know what it would have cost if it wasn't covered. I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete.
