"Trey and his guys did a big project repairing driveway that had broken off into the ditch. Repaired this along with reinforcing it to handle the constant semi traffic. Reshapped ditch adding sod. Added culverts and drainage to better dirrect water away from areas where washout would be susceptible to washout. Also did the colverts and driveway at my house. Great work And grat guys to work with!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

It is almost always necessary to hire a land surveyor near you to ensure your fence sits on the right side of the property line. Mistaking the shape of your property can lead to fines and costly changes if you have to move or adjust the privacy fence—not to mention some surly looks from your neighbor. We recommend jumpstarting your fence planning in the spring to ensure there is plenty of time to map out your plan before construction season.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department. That representative is the individual who will determine whether your test passes or fails.

A professional land surveyor ensures accurate property boundaries and prevent legal disputes.

Detailed mapping of elevation changes and natural features on the property.
