Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

After 2 hours and several attempt decided need more parts. And needed to work from outside with ladders. Did not charge mefor this trip. Estimated $450 to complete job with aid of another worker. After further discussion we decided that an electric motor would solve the problem. Agreed to add new motor and install for$600.
