"Our family home is 70 y4s old. It was Saturday, it was an emergency for our household in Kaplan, La. Mr. Mathurin responded, assessed the "no power" situation, explained in detail what was needed, as well as documenting with photos. The estimate requiring new meter, electrical breaker box panel, checking and repairing repairing outlet lines was reasonable. "They came out on a SUNDAY, we agreed upon a price. I had purchased a unit not represented by them but they agreed to do the installation. We agreed upon starting @ 7:00 AM Monday morning, with two tropical storms approaching. The plumber showed up on time and worked most of the day with the installation.
