"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

Used a moisture meter and found significant issues. Sent lab samples out same day and found dangerous levels of mold. Saved my health and my office lease. "Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad’s questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. My husband and I are looking to buy a house now and the first thing we thought was having Dan come out to inspect and test. Our inspection is scheduled this week and we are looking forward to it! "Mark called us within minutes of my request to you about mold remediation people. It was two days before anyone else called. He was very knowledgeable about mold and the concerns we had. He went to great lengths to collect his samples in our congested house. However He was pretty unreliable about his appointments though. We were never terribly inconvenienced as we are retired and not busy people but for people who do have other commitments it could have been more stressful.. One other thing is of concern for me. We still havenâ t received the hard copy of the report. He said he emailed it to me which I never looked to find as I just never go there. We are old and this digital age is a mystery to us. I did get it in a text though and can see a report that way but I think properly the report should have been mailed directly from the lab to us. This has left a modicum of suspicion as unfairly as that might seem. What do you think? Mark has called a few times to explain the report and answer any questions we might have."

They did everything as advertised and then in addition to that, they also fixed some molding around the chimney that had become cracked and weathered. I had not used them before.
