"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job.
