"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Last year, in the heat of the summer, our a/c unit started blowing warm. I had refrigerant added, but it only lasted a few weeks before blowing warm again. So I got a couple of different quotes for repair. Most of the companies told me that I needed to replace my entire a/c unit, at a cost of about $5 - $6,000. Joey, with Red Stick Air, came in with a tool and located the leak. It was the coil in the attic, and I could see right away that it was rusted and in bad shape. Joey let us know that we could replace the coil only and stop the leak. He said that while the system is old (about 10 years), the coil is usually what leaks first due to the moisture in it's environment causing rust. With a new coil, we might get some more years out of the unit. We got a coil instead a new unit, saved thousands, and it's been working for about 10 months now. I really appreciate someone taking the time to explain what was happening, and let me make a decision about repairing the leak, versus being given a blanket quote by someone that just says "recommend replacement.""

"This was a very strange service call. We called for service in the afternoon and
the technician showed-up a little before 6pm.
He seemed highly agitated when he arrived and immediately began searching
the rooms for a bathroom before we could show him where it was. After the bathroom visit, he still acted
agitated and only gave the a-c unit a cursory glance. He said it would cost a lot of money and take
a long time. Something about a circuit board
that had to be ordered. We paid for the service call and he did not fix
anything.

We called back several days later and they said they would
have to call us back. They did not seem
to know anything about the service call. They never called back.

"The old system was shot. The coll was covered in pink insulation that it was sucking through it. I got three estimates and although theirs was not the lowest, I just had a good feeling about the service I would receive.  They evaluated what I needed, gave me 3 options.  They replaced the outside unit, reworked and moved the AC and heating unit in the  attic to provide more storage space. The previous installer had replaced the return air using some swimming pool siding, the unit was leaking more air in the attic then it was sending below.  They were professional, punctual, sent someone back to see if adjustments needed to be made.  The owner came and checked the work.  Then six weeks later, someone came back to see if I was happy with the work and to see if any adjustments needed to be made.  They are customer service to a tee."
