He came back and completed the job a day and a half later. He was friendly and professional the entire time. He kept us informed about the progress and when he would come do the install. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Richard was flexible with us since the bank kept changing the closing date. It came to the point that the carpet was being installed a day after Richard's 2 men started. They decided to start working as soon as we closed on the house. Richard and his men bought the paint as soon as we closed and called him to confirm closing. The two men stayed that night until the 3 bedrooms were done( they chose to do so on their own, not us asking) since the next day the carpet was being torn out and replaced. They finished the painting and repairing the one corner siding piece before their expected finish date. The two guys who did the work were personable and professional. They kept us updated with their timeline. Richard called us during the work to see if there was anything we needed or concerned about. Next year we are thinking about remodeling the kitchen. We will be calling Richard first. He was professional yet made us feel like we have known him for awhile."
