 + -1 moreThis is my main Y branch. I like that it has a steam room and plenty of exercise equipment. If you go at the right time, there aren't that many people there and it's easy to get in and out pretty quick. The price is the best in town and even better since I get a discount for the place I work.
Description of Work: I am a member of the Y. I go there mainly to exercise.

 + -1 moreI like the Y. They are great. They have a variety of classes and activities that they offer to people of all ages. The instructors are great; they are very energetic, friendly, and lots of fun. I go multiple times a week, but it averages once a week. Their customer service is great. The price is okay, and it is convenient.
Description of Work: I go to YMCA of the Capital Area to work-out.
