I had a toilet that was backing up and would not flush and was coming up into the tub. I called Willis and Son to come fix this situation that day. Mr. Willis came to the house and I told him what was going on he knew exactly what the problem was. The problem was outside of the house. Mr. Willis was professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tankless Water Heater - Install
An instant hot water heater was installed to replace a conventional. The work was performed promptly and generally well, to the best I can discern. Despite having a written fixed price for the work to be performed, after the work was complete, the provider invoiced for more than the fixed price without explanation. Upon asking about why the cost was higher, the provider stated that he had verbally communicated that there would be extra costs not included in the fixed price (which makes no sense and there's no reference to this in the written fixed bid). After the extra cost, the provider ended up more expensive than others who had bid the work. Even if the provider does capable work, due to communication frustrations, I would not use again based on my experience, and hence cannot recommend.

Mr Willis was very professional and got all my repairs done it time for my salons grand opening. He did more than just my plumbing work for my shampoo bowls. He also repotted my flower. Painted my door and mailbox. Patched up holes in the walls and hung my picture. The price was beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for great quality work.
