Our porch swing fell down while we were in it one evening (it had been improperly installed), and Will repaired it. He installed new hardware, gave the swing new chains, and made sure it was well anchored into the joists overhead. He was personable and totally reasonably priced, and did a great job. We would absolutely hire him again if he's free – he was building his own house and expecting a baby, so he was pretty busy for the immediate future !

Will's Handyman Service is quiet and reasonable, he was prompt and fast but at the same time some of the work was kind of sloppy. He had to do the tub caulking again which was disappointing. He was fast and he responded right away.

"I don't recall having to do any caulking again. I might have returned to finish the job cause I ran out. I will work on my caulking skills and quality of caulking cause this seems to be my Achilles heal of repair work. Thanks for the feedback."

The caulking came up a few weeks later which was disappointing. I didn't call him back, however, because I felt he should have done it correctly the first time.

"In response to the members comments, the job was performed correctly the first time. I removed all the old caulking using a razor knife, cleaned the joint interfaces with acetone to remove dirt and bond inhibiting elements, installed a silicone tub caulk, which is the correct caulk oppposed to a latex caulk. It is the member's loss that she did not call me back with her concerns cause I would have happily returned and fixed any needed issues for free. I did express to her to try not to use the tub or shower for the remainder of the day to allow for adequate cure time of the caulking material. I also can not be responsible for failed caulking if harsh chemicals were used to clean the tubs or showers. I would still happily return and fix any issues that may remain at no charge if she would happen to call me. As for my punctuality, I showed up the day she called immediately after another job on the weekend."

I just finished building this new house and needed a doggie door installed. I was very nervous about having someone cut a sizable hole in the side of the house , because I had never done that or seen it done before, and it was a new house. Will showed up after work in the early evening and quick work of it. He came in, was very courteous, and got down to business. The door was installed properly and worked on the first try. Will finished the job in about an hour, and was thankful for the business when he finished. He told us if we had any trouble with the installation of the door in the future to feel free to call him. I let him know if I had anything else that came up for a handyman I would be sure and call him. We are very satisfied.

Will came the same day I placed a call asking for a free estimate. These cabinets and drawers were custom made which required three separate trips to the hardware store in order to obtain the right bolt sizes. On the first day all the old hardware was removed and the necessary holes drilled. Will was meticulous in the cleanup of the work areas. Will does the handyman work part time so that it may be necessary for the job to be done in increments, but the work is of good quality.
Will was pulled away one day because of having to go down to New Orleans because of his regular day job. This caused a delay, but he did come back in a timely manner to complete the job.
I feel I got my moneys worth and would definitely call him again.

Will works full-time so he is only available on weekends and sometimes at night but he will fit the work in and is very responsive. As I said above, I had some tasks which needed a problem-solver and he is exactly that. Worth MUCH more than what I paid (and my total price included lots of materials--gutters, wood, hardware, etc.) His prices are reasonable and fair and my only hesitation about telling everyone how wonderful he is is that he will never be available again! Will intends to build his own home in the next couple of years and he has all the skills necessary to do that--so that should tell you he can tackle everything from electrical to plumbing to carpentry in a workmanlike fashion. I am going to have him pressure-wash my house and do little stuff like replace broken window panes, etc. I feel blessed to have found him! And I found him here!

Will did an excellent job on all projects. He was prompt, called ahead before coming, scheduled the appointment around my schedule, went shopping for all the materials and did an excellent job of matching existing aged kitchen ceiling tiles and paint on inside and outside of my home. He was extremely polite and made suggestions that were within my budget and did not try to push me into spending more than I could afford. Very easy to talk to and pleasant at all times. Will was very quick and accurate with his work and it was evident that he cared about the quality of his work. He always swept and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call on Will again to do carpentry, painting, and general handyman work around my house. He is a fine young man and very entergetic!
