WATCH REPAIR

Because the part I needed was obscure, the shop had to order the part from the Citizen watch company.  The shop is an authorized Citizen sales and repair site.  Citizen took almost a month to provide the part to the shop.  I can't blame the shop for the delay because they can't install what they haven't received.  Once the part arrived, the work was done promptly and at the price agreed to in advance. Over the years, I have taken a large variety of watches to this business (approximately 25 to 50 watches).  The shop is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  Their price to replace any watch battery is about $10.  If a watch has additional problems, the problems will be diagnosed on the spot and advice given as to whether repairs are feasible or advisable.  For small chores, such as having a strap changed, the work has often been performed at no charge at all provided I provide all required parts.  Battery replacement and strap changes are performed while you wait.  The total time from walking in with a broken watch to walking out with a repaired one is typically under five minutes. Mr. Casso and his staff are some of the most efficient and talented watch repair people I've ever met.  I feel comfortable leaving even expensive watches with them knowing that the work will be done professionally.  The staff is friendly and courteous.  Most repair parts are in stock.  The repair price is offered in advance and has always been the same at check out (no surprises).  If you need watch repair, I am confident in recommending this shop without reservation.  I have used them repeatedly over the past four or five years and have been pleased every single time.
