Ty Electric

My tenant complained the breakers kept shutting off in the garage and had to be re-set.  I hired a handyman to replace the fuses.  A week later the tenant called again about the fuse box in the house as well.  This time I called Ty Electric who was recommended to me by a contractor I know and trust.  I gave Mr. York  the name and phone number of the tenant to make the appointment.  Within a couple of days, two of his crew inspected the system and traced the problem to a live, uncapped wire down the back side of the garage that had been installed by another tenant!  Very dangerous.  They disconnected and removed the "make shift" wiring.  All of this took about an hour.  Now I intend to hire them to go back and inspect/repair or replace the whole electrical system in the house and garage for any safety or Code Violation issues.  Very pleased with their professionalism and fair pricing.
