TESi is by far one of the worst water providers I have ever had the unfortunate experience in dealing with.  Unfortunately they are the ONLY water providers in my area, so it's not like I can ask a different company to come out to my house and filter the lake water; which by the way TESi often sends out reports that their filters may have not filtered out to the correct PH balance to make your water safe for drinking.  Furthermore they will send only one notice per month and if you go any further than one month's balance they will come out to your house and turn off the valve that feeds water to your house and put a lock on it, and charge you $15 for having to go back to your house to remove the lock and turn the valve back on, so don't go on vacation without paying the bill.  Trying to explain to their customer service department is no better; they will explain to you that it is not their problem that you found buying groceries and filling up your car with gas is more important than delaying the billing process for a few days until you get paid.  I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, for any reason.  If the property owner's association would allow me to hire a well drilling company I would, but one of the board members doesn't like competition, yes that's right, the manager of my local TESi branch is on the property owner's association board!
