I got three estimates and went with Tommy. He matched the lowest estimate, which wasn't that different from his original one. It took a couple weeks for the windows to come in (10 in all). The installed them in about 6 hrs. There were some minor dings and such, but he was up front about this (probably unavoidable). It only required some touch-up paint. Some of the windows had leftover glue/adhesive on them. Tommy sent one of his guys to deal with it, so that was good. Later, after I had paid in full, I noticed one of the window panes had a scratch in it. I texted him about this while expecting the usual "contractor attitude". But, man, he was back at my house the next day to identify the window and order the replacement part! I really liked that.

Tommy and his guys are a pleasure to deal with. Windows came in fast, and the guys knocked out the whole quickly even with bad weather. Tommy stayed in contact throughout and answered all questions.

The installation went smoothly. The workers showed up early and got to work immediately. They took out a window, cleaned the site, installed the new window. The windows in the three bathrooms, the kitchen, the den, the enclosed porch, the study, and, the master bedroom were replaced by the end of the first day. The windows in the living room, dining room, sewing room, and one bedroom were replaced the second day. The bathroom window are frosted, so they let in light, but provide privacy. The windows were made according to the specific measurements for each area and group of windows. My home has so much more natural light in all the rooms. It is also quieter inside. My daughter and I are pleased with the look of the new windows, and the improved visibility. We are curious about changes to our utility bill. We are very happy with outcome.

Tommy is the best. He came out personally, even outside normal hours, to make sure we had the info we needed and answer questions. His guys did an amazing job on the install. 0 cleanup after. Top notch. I called the “big” companies for their “free estimates” but they never showed up… Tommy shows up and gets the job DONE. Hire him.

Perfect! I would recommend this company to everyone who needs windows. The work crew was punctual & professional. They did quality work, were kind to my kids and my dog, and finished within 3 hours. I have absolutely no complaints. I had to wait approximately 8 weeks for my windows to be really for installation, which was less time than other window companies quoted. Overall, my family is very, very pleased with the service and product we received from Tommy's Windows!
