Tommy was a pleasure to do business with. He responded to our initial request for an estimate right away, and he was very communicative throughout the process. The installers were very professional and left the house and yard as clean as it was before they came. The windows look fantastic. Great warranty on parts and services. Excellent job all around!

It went great. Tommy arrived on time for our appointment and acted like a professional. He gave a thorough description of his product and company. He ordered the windows on the Monday of the appointment and they came in the following week. Total turnaround time was less than 10 days, which is extremely quick in this industry with normal lead times of about 4 weeks. Also, one of workers noticed a small hairline crack in one of the window panes that I didn't even see or notice. He notified Tommy and he immediately ordered the replacement part and had it installed within 10 days free of charge, far surpassing the lead time and customer service of some of the bigger companies.

Tommy was very professional, and very personable. Trevor and Cody were very professional when installing the windows and slider. I would recommend Tommy's Windows.

Tommy came out the same day I called him and gave a thorough demo of his window and a great overview of his company. After agreeing on the details he came out one more time to take exact measurements. The windows took two weeks from order to delivery and Tommy called to schedule installation as soon as he received them. Tommy's crew was quick, efficient, and skilled. All 17 windows were replaced and caulked in less than 6 hours. They put down drop cloths to catch construction debris and swept all areas when the job was finished. All of the old windows and materials were hauled off as well. Tommy stopped by during the installation and afterwards to ensure that I was happy with everything. Tommy is incredibly personable and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him again.

Very well,,, Tommy kept me updated on when the windows would arrive and date of installment. His crew was professional and will hire him again to replace the rest of my windows.

It couldn't have gone any better ! I have alot of wood trim around my windows & they were able to help with that issue as well. I chose to do the touch up painting myself so, the pictures right now don't lend full justice to the finished look but, they still look FANTASTIC ! My experience with Tommy's windows was very pleasant as he we was very attentive to all of my needs. He arrived within 24 hours to give me a estimate on the job that I needed to be done. It was a much different feel when I met with him as I could tell that he was passionate about his craft and he takes it very seriously. He simplified the process for me by explaining the pros and cons of all the window lines that he installed. I was most impressed by Tommy because every concern or question that I may have had was answered in a timely and professional manner. After meeting with Tommy for my estimate I had 19 brand new windows installed in my home within 4 weeks. The windows are beautiful and the installation was meticulously done. I also found that Tommy's price was more than competitive with the other local installation companies. I have since recommended Tommy to multiple friends as I was more than impressed with my new windows as well as the quality of service that I received. It is a consumer's dream to be serviced by a reliable company with hands on service by the owner himself.

Excellent! Tommy came to measure the window spaces and discuss replacement options with us. He was on time for the appointment, and very knowledgeable about the products they could provide. We decided on 50/50 split, double-paned windows with screens. The crew installed the windows on the originally scheduled date, and the price we were charged matched the estimate exactly. The windows are beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
