he did not keep his promise and charged me 60 dollars. when i complained, he dropped the cost to 40, and then to 20. 
The deal was to not charge me anything.
i will never use this guy.

It went fine. They were slow, but there was some kind of misunderstanding I thought they were going to order immediately when I called back they said we have to look it up first so they looked at it or I just understood that they could get just one so they called back next week saying it would be so much to replace the screen and I thought they were going to order it right away so they did a good job and worked fine. It was $50 lower than with tax than some other provider would have charged. They are excellent based on the time it took and one particular person there. They didn't respond in time and they didn't communicate that it would take a certain amount of time. As long as I talk to them and got very clear ideas of how long it was going to take and so forth I would use them in the future.

The service went fine and I haven't had a problem since.

It was wonderful. It was great. They basically quoted me a price. They came through on the price and my computer was ready on the day they said it would be ready.

Not so well but they replaced my hard drive and that resolved the problem to date.

Everything was wonderful and thorough, if I have any problem they will come out and will not charge me.

I am in the local computer club and they are also in it. I got to know them through the club. They took so long to get to it. With regard to responsiveness, when I went in there, they took the computer. So they were responsive right away. They just took a long time to fix it.

Everthing was done as quoted and on time.

The incident is typical of my dealings over the past decade with Tim's computers.  The sales people are knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt.  The service is effective and timely, and the prices are fair and reasonable.  Since Tim's now services Apple products as well as PCs, I expect to do business with Tim's again in the future.
I am a businessman who owns and operates his own business.  For me, my computers are not toys or luxuries, but everyday business tools.  Tim's has kept my PCs (now Apples) running without a hitch.  There are few businesses that I give very strong recommendations for, but Tim's is one of those very few.  If you need computer repair or advice on buying a new computer, I'm proud to recommend Tim's.
