They did a pressure test. Found leaks in two valves. Instead of replacing the two valves (which were very old), they tightened the valves so hard that no gas could pass through to pass the pressure test. They left the main gas line outside exposed to the elements and left the pressure tester attached to it. The technician from Atmos even commented that the work was subpar and that the valves should have been replaced. Had to call provider back out to open the valves for the water heaters to work. This week, when we turned the central heaters on, we discovered the same issue with the valves. They have tightened the old valves so hard to do the pressure test that we couldn't open one of them and we actually broke the handle trying to open it. The other one was open, but no gas is flowing through it to the heater. Overall the service was lacking due to an improper assessment of the issue, improper fix to the issue, lack of follow through with completion of the job, and what seems like a disregard for the safety of myself, my family, and my property. I can't call them back because of these issues since I no longer can trust them to properly fix the issue.

Fixed our leaky, loose faucets promptly and efficently. Service person was very nice.

We called in under our American Home Shield Warranty for a leak we noticed outside the house.  The first plumber they sent (not Tiger Plumbing) looked around, left and then told AHS we wouldn't give him access to cut into the wall to locate the leak.  This was not true.  We asked AHS to send another company and they sent Tiger.  Shawn (I think that's right, forgive me Shawn if that's not how you spell it) was awesome!  Not only did he dig in and find the source of the leak, but when he came back to repair, he was very careful to remove as little material inside and outside as possible.  He worked his tail off for us and did a great job.  The mason who came to repair the bricks afterwards complemented the work and said most plumbers would have just ripped out brick with no consideration for repair or the appearance afterwards.
We also had some drains that needed to be cleared at the house we are selling and specifically requested Shawn from Tiger Plumbing.  Although he was still recovering from a spider bite he once again did a fantastic job and was totally professional and easy going.
Office staff was also very nice and helpful.  Very friendly.

Tiger Plumbing was very helpful in accommodating my work schedule where possible to schedule appointments. Plumber that was sent to perform the job was very friendly and professional. Service required two visits to complete but I am happy with everything. I'd recommend Tiger Plumbing and intend on using them again in the future.

I was very pleased with them and I'll probably call them if I need to have something done. I'm going to see what sort of estimates I can get them in and then possibly use them. They did come out and do a little bit of work for me. I don't remember the price but it wasn't too high. I was taking a shower and all of a sudden it went ice cold and so I called them. I had not officially moved in the house, I was just coming down in the weekends. Actually my sister had my house keys and she met them. He looked at my water tank and said I had a quality one. He ran about all the information about it to her and also told her he will take care of it. The front pin that comes out of the hot water tank through the attic had tilted it somewhat so it had stopped the water from heating up. Hopefully the fix is for good but I haven't had any issues. My sister said that he was very polite and that he didn't waste time. He explained what he found and then he explained to her what he was going to do. If I something come up with plumbing I would call him. Everything went quite well.

Tiger Plumbing is the best! I am selling my house in 3 days and had an AC drain pipe that needed to be re-wrapped since condensation was dripping and staining my ceiling. Called an AC company, Harkins AC, who said "it's not my job, call a plumber." Found out later from 3 other sources it WAS his job and not a plumbers job. However, after hearing my delimma, Len at Tiger Plumbing said "while it's an AC guy's job we'll go ahead and do it for you since you are in a bind." Joel went to the AC supply and got the wrap, wrapped the AC drain pipe and P-trap and stopped the leaking condensation. Clearly Tiger Plumbing will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right, even when it's not technically their job. Great guys.

great! came for appraisel and left an estimate. We called, hired them, and they came the next day. Finished work in about three hours. Replaced everything.

We still need to repair walls inside cabinets where they had to cut to fix pipes, but it's very neat and doesn't show. The Jacuzzi side needs to be re-caulked also, but is not broken.

Overall I would give him an A because he did come out here and got the problem fixed.

They did a good job and their prices were reasonable.
