It didn't cost me anything. It cost the person I bought the table from. They delivered a damaged table. That is really not my problem, because the company is replacing it. With such a delivery you get an e-mail from a company called Home Direct. So when they need to deliver something to your home, here's the link, click on it and schedule your delivery. And here's your tracking number. So you go to that link and you schedule your delivery. And they send your confirmation number saying it is confirmed, your package is going to be delivered Thursday between three and six, whatever. Then the day before, or even like a week before - one day you will get a phone call from the Tiger place saying OK we are coming to deliver your package tomorrow at nine o'clock in the morning. And my deal was, wait a minute, I have a confirmation number here. I've scheduled it for Thursday three o'clock. And they said that they don't go by that. That is the only communication I've got. They schedule their deliveries the day before. And I go - wait a minute, I have to go to work every day. How am I going to know that tomorrow you are going to come when you call me at night? They said they would give me a four hour window for the following day, and I said that day is not going to work for me, because I've already taken off of work in the afternoon. Because that is when I thought my delivery is coming. I can't be there in the morning. Then they said they could schedule it for another day, maybe next week. They couldn't tell me on what day - just said they will call me the night before. That doesn't work for me - I go to work every day. I've got them to come on Thursday. I didn't know when on Thursday, but I so happens that my son could be here all day to get it. They have to inspect the package and all that. So that is my issue. It's horrible customer service. It's disorganized and they don't care. Unfortunately I will not use the place I bought it from again, because then I have to deal with this these people again. The table was damaged, but that was not the issue. I was not here to sign for it. They left it on my doorstep.
Description of Work: Tiger Logistics is a home delivery service. If you buy something over the internet like a big piece of furniture, they are contracted by a nationwide delivery company to deliver locally. They delivered a coffee table I've ordered three months ago and it's still standing in my living room in a broken box.
