Taxi/Shuttle Service
For pickup at our home, this company uses an ingenious method to agree on expectations for punctuality: a stated time plus/minus 15 minutes. In our case the driver arrived within minutes of the requested time. For pickup at the airport, this company provided us with the name and cell phone number of our driver, so that we could update him on our arrival time. The system worked great.
There was a little sticker shock with the price (just a little more than an estimated taxi ride; and for late evening 1.5 times the day-time rate), leading to my "B" grade on price.
And both drivers referred at some length to paperwork while driving on the interstate, leading to my "B" grade for professionalism.
I still prefer this shuttle to using a taxi.
