My son poured water all over my and quot;vintageand quot; MacBook. Apple couldn't help
me because my computer is from 2006. I appreciate that Mac Consulting
Group could fix my problem in a timely manner. They were priced fairly,
considering I didn't really have any other options. My only complaint is
that while my screen blacking out and my keyboard acting up were
repaired, the computer was returned to me with a different screen
problem. Flickering lines appear across the screen when I try to adjust
it.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Mr. Hancock was prompt and professional in all our encounters with him. He set up our computers on a LAN network, installed a wireless printer, installed 1 Password software, installed an external 500 GB hard drive, went over how to use I Password, moving around in the finder, cleaned out "from PC" folder, set backup for both computers. He provided basic training on the iMac on several occasions, can't remember exact dates.
