Real Estate Service
Carol Poche did not act in my best interest when selling my home. She did not keep up with the sale of my home costing me a lot of money. Home was under contract about a week after it was on the market. Carol advised taking the offer although purchasers preapproval was questionable. Home was scheduled to close 30 days after selling agreement signed. Seller/lender continued to request extensions which Carol advised me to agree to. After all extensions, home was scheduled to close more than 60 days after selling agreement was signed. Lender finally denied the loan less than a week from the last scheduled closing date. Carol never followed up to understand the reasons for the extensions or to learn the loan probably wouldn't be approved. Home went back on market and was under contract in one week then closed 30 days later. Gave me prices for her vendors to make requested repairs - actual bills were 50% higher. Did not respond promptly to text or email. Don't feel she tried negotiating on my behalf - seemed like she was just ready to take any offer just to sell it for commission.
