We moved into the apartment in the middle of the month right behind tenants moving out. The carpet's were disgusting. The cabinets are a cheap veneer and the surface of them are peeling off. This is definitely not the place to stay. It is not worth the high price of rent. My friends that came to visit couldn't believe how much I was paying for rent compared to the amenities. They charge you for everything. For every key pass you need to get in the gate you have to pay $25. For every person over 18 years living in the apartment you have to pay a $50 application fee even if they are not going to be paying rent. If I ever needed to rent again I would get on the waiting list at The Reserve across the street.
