The Bug Man company employees are friendly, flexible and do what they promise.

I was pleased with the service and especially so when I still saw ants after a week, the technician re-sprayed for no additional charge.

They just come and exterminate, and we don't see them. We chose them because they were more affordable and competitive with their rates. They are reliable. They always come when they say they are going to come, and they come on time.

They have been very good. We have been in this house for a dozen years and we have had them almost that long. They are always on time for scheduling and they are always been efficient and nice people to deal with. I think they are reasonable in terms of price. We just continued the contract with them.

They are good. They call before they come. They are prompt. If they cant make it they call as well.

I think they check and make sure we don't get termites. They let us know how we are doing, and I am happy with them. I would recommend them.

We inherited this contract from the previous owners of our home. Currently we have no termites so there are no complaints. We pay $75 per quarter for the maintenance of our termite contract. We will continue to use them in the future.

If you have raccoons, call the Bug Man! He came, went into our attic and assessed the problem. He caught the Momma raccoon in a cage, let the babies escape and sealed the attic. He was on the case and was out of here! We have not had a problem since. We thought at one point they had returned, so The Bug Man came back but it was not the case. They had not returned. The Bug Man, Joseph, was on time, professional and polite. We will use him again in the future for some renovation projects.
