The oil change was perfect but the service guy was trying to debate with me that my car was not equipped with the sun roof where you just press that latch once and the sun roof retracts and detracts without you holding that latch. I tried to explain it to him that all I had to do was press the latch once and it would detract and retract. Now I have to continuously hold that button to completely retract and detract. He tells me if I’m sure if my car has that feature. I bought this car with that feature so I know what the sun roof was equipped to do but he keeps debating. That was my issue with him. The oil change was fine but the sun roof was a problem. I had to take it to another place and had it done without the debate. They pretend to be professional but you can see that they really are not. Sometimes you can see through them.

I am pleased with their work. I bought my car from them and I have always had it serviced by them. I have always been very pleased with the service. I keep going back to them for the dependability and knowing that it is going to be done right and that you can take it back. I don't think they are the cheapest. What I think I am paying for is more knowing that the same people are taking care of it. The managers and the maintenance department, whenever you come in, have obviously been trained very well in how they greet you. It doesn't matter who you are. They treat you like you are special. Even though it's a 10-year-old truck that I am bringing in, they still act like it's a brand new vehicle and it could be a $40000.00 vehicle as far as they are concerned. They treat you right. I do appreciate that. I know they are all competing for customer and customer satisfaction, so I believe they are trained for this. I think it's a good thing, the fact that they acknowledge you when you come in, they see if they can help you, or they get somebody to help you. I have been to other dealerships and it seems to be the same standard. I do appreciate it. It's a good thing to have. I think it is part of the training. I am sure people who make it to head maintenance where they are not actually doing the mechanical work but meeting the customers seem to acknowledge you every time you come in. I will continue to use them as long as I have my Toyota Tacoma.
