It went well, contractors met our expectations.  Frequent requests for money "up-front" was unprofessional and our work was done around other "more important" jobs, but otherwise they did a good job in a timely fashion.

Okay - took longer than expected. The glass subcontractor and police showed up at our house looking for the owner, Dan Norton. The glass sub had not been paid. The individual workers were great - very professional, courteous, competent and fair. The tile guys were fantastic - true artists! Lots of details were overlooked and contacting the owner was difficult. Our bathrooms turned out fine, we just wish the owner treated his employees and subs better.

Extremely bad, the first quote I got was $600 to replace all needed wood, then when we agreed and the workers came out, he claimed that he did not add more wood that needed replaced so the price went up to 1450, we needed this done as the roof was being replaced, and the lousy contractor claimed that who ever came out first did not know how to price it "that is the pro that priced the job first". Half way through the job he claimed that more need to be replaced, and by the way he charges $100 per 8ft wood, the wood cost is $16....so he tried to add $2000 to the job, because remember, he will lie to you in the beginning to get you to start the job then will add more and more, the job will go up by %300-%400 by the time they are finished,. To end this story, we agreed to $2450 and still not all the work he promised "replace what needed" was done. They left the yard full of trash, "do not sign anything with these people, they will never come out again to finish anything if you sign anything" the workmanship is extremely bad, and personality is trash... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

First of all, the quality of the work is excellent. But started in July and it is now mid October and the job is still not done. I feel the company takes on far too many projects and then strings them all along during the season. Quality and time were my first concerns as we were moving in and all major furniture is STILL in a garage without a door. Their price was higher than most, but I was assured quality and timeliness. The work is great but I seriously wonder when it will get done, it is a sunny Thursday at 1pm and still no one here today, sigh but Kudos to the individual workers, they are magnificent!!! But they don't do the scheduling. I'd hire them but not the whole company
