I was recommended this company from family and I was not disappointed at all. The closing costs are on the higher end of the average but well worth the price (especially if you get the sellers to agree to pay it). The paperwork was easy and everything was done at one time. I didn't have to keep submitting stuff and signing papers for weeks or months. From start to finish, the closing took less than a month (about 3 weeks). Instead of having to push the closing date back, I was actually able to move it up a few days. My lender, Nicole, was fabulous and I can't praise her enough. She made everything go so smoothly. She did all the work and I only had to sign everything. I will recommend her to everyone I know.
