Stanley Steemer

The Drexel couch and love seat were purchased in 1985 and had never been cleaned. They were dirty but still had beautiful covering on them. We were told that cleaning something as old as our couch may not get all the oil deposited from the skin may not come out. We were fortunate: The couches now look like brand new couches, fresh from the store. Both Stanley Steemer employees, Steven Campbell and Cameron Frickey, worked steadily and thoroughly. They would both be assets to any business. The price was much lower than competitors, many of whom "claimed" to have more powerful equipment, which I seriously doubt. Sometimes the "new kid on the block" such as these upstarts could leave the consumer "high and dry". We chose well selecting Stanley Steemer.

Good but equipment was well used and needs updating or replacing.

The work provided by Stanley Steamer is superior. Initially I tried scheduling an appointment online, for two days later. On appointment day, I called to find out the status of my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule.  However, they accommodated me immediately. Joseph and Jermaine arrived within 15 minutes of the phone call and started working. Once again, they cleaned the grout to its original color, and they removed the odors left by animal urinary accidents.  I love Stanley Steamer and would not consider anyone else to do this kind of work.

I never thought it was possible to have the grout restored to its original color, but it has happened, thanks to Stanley Steamer.  The technician, Troy, did a great job.  Before he started the job, he did a test and showed me the color the grout would be after he completed the work.  I was thrilled.  Several years ago, I called another company, and the grout stayed the same dirty color.  At that time, I believed I would never be able to get the original color restored.  Because that job didn't turn out well, I put off getting anymore of the grout cleaned.  Had I called Stanley Steamer from the start, I would have had a cleaner house, sooner.  My house looks phenomenal.    I learned all cleaning companies are not the same, and I will only use Stanley Steamer.  Thanks for a great job.

It was easy to schedule a quick appointment with Stanley Steemer and the crew called me right when they were supposed to.  Unfortunately they took 45 minutes to arrive after telling me they were on their way.  I learned later that they shouldn't have taken so long and that they must have stopped off elsewhere (for their own purposes).  Anyway, once they arrived they did a beautiful job of cleaning a very dirty carpet at a rental home my daughter lives in.  The crew were quick and professional.  I was very pleased except for the 45 minute wait.

They weren't able to remove some of the stains, but I knew that going in.

Had these guys out last summer and I will not use them again.  Very professional and all service oriented until the contract was signed.  Service techs that came out were terrible.  One was on his cell phone texting the entire time.  When they said they were done and I inspected the job, there was still major dirty spots on the carpet.  The "lead" guy said that was how it would be, that they couldn't get everything then proceeded to tell me that we were paying a cheap price anyway.  Really?  I don't think $1540.00 is cheap.  He was very flippant and smart when he talked to me and I didn't appreciate his attitude.  Ultimately, they redid the entire job but it made the drying time much longer.  I expected an apology afterward from management but received no further contact until someone showed up about 6 months later and said they were here to clean the carpets because we were on a schedule to do so.  Needless to say they were sent away and bottom line, I would never use this company again.

Customer service at call center is very good. Men were prompt. Grout cleaning excellent. Spots in one room came back up but most likely this is due to how long stains have been in carpet and my attempts to lift on my own. Called them back out for it, and they were extremely courteous about the return visit, and quick. Stains have come up again but are much lighter. Grout cleaning results excellent and worth the cost.

Online scheduling was exceptionally easy and straight forward. Actual arrival time of personnel was about four hours behind schedule however, they did call in advance to notify of the delay. I did find the cost high for cleaning and deodorizing two recliners which took less than one hour. I will likely use them again as there is not much competition in this service area.

No complaints here, I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

They do excellent work.  Quality of work was good.  I would use them again in the future.

I called about 3 days in advance of the day I wanted the carpets cleaned. The person scheduling the appt. was very pleasant and was able to schedule me for my preferred date.
Our appointment was scheduled between 11-2 and Kevin showed up around 12. He got set-up quickly and got straight to work. He prepped and cleaned the carpets in about 30-40 minutes. Very professional and excellent job!

a We had family visiting with a dog. The dog ate something that didn't agree with its stomach and had diarhhea all over one of our bedroom carpets. I called Stanley Steemer the next day and they came out that same day! I opted for the special with 2 bedroom carpets cleaned plus a hallway. I also opted for the room deodorizer. They came out, treated all the stains and cleaned the carpets. They look great now, all the stains are gone except for the main big one, and it is almost unnoticeable-and it was really a bad one! I thought they did a great job with these 9 year old very light colored carpets!
