Randy Kelley and his crew were awesome! There was communication and reassurance throughout the whole renovation process. The deadline was met in a timely manner with no unexpected issues. The price compared to other contractors in my area is unbeatable! The work and completed result is far better than I ever expected! Was introduced by a friend. Called Randy Kelley, owner, and he made an appointement to find out what we wanted. Randy came back two more times as we were changing what and how we wanted it done. He brought an estimate and contract and we agreeded to a start date. He and his people came 1/2 hour before they were to start, as they did every day. Randy was sure to let us now via texting as to if he was coming the next day or not. He let us know when a sub was coming when to expect and who to expect. During the process my wife went in the hospital for emergency surgery was in the hospital for 10 days. Randy and his people worked around me having to go to the hospital and leaving my house open so they could come and go. They also made sure our dog was where she belonged. They made sure as not to scar our floors and cleaned up everyday before they left. I have dealt with contracts and subcontracs in the past and have never been as pleased as I was with Randy and his subcontractors. Randy checked on every detail and made sure every thing was done to his standards. Randy has 4-5 jobs going at a time, small contractor, but checked on our job everyday. He does his own plumbing and uses the same subs on every job, this give him control of the job but also of the people he uses. They are so professional he would not have to do that and the results would be the same. I would recommend Special Projects without any reservations. Anyone that uses his company will not be sorry. As my wife and I have gone through the house after the job was done we have never found anything out of place or missing andare extremely please with the end results. My wife refers to our bath as a SPA.
