Rick showed up at the time he said he would and was very nice. They did a great job of installing, caulking, and cleaning up. Can't wait for my siding!

Workers threw used insulation away on my burn pile, insulation does not burn. Since problem seem to be with my existing roof, no flashing or drip edge was installed back onto my roof. Added last minute vinyl siding inside of patio. Was told a price of $400,00 was billed $495.00

They were very professional. Went the extra mile to attach the cover properly since we a rather odd type of roof on our home. It was not the usual kind. When they first installed it, the put the downspouts in the wrong direction from what we had corrected. They corrected that within a couple of days. Overall we were very pleased with the quality and the service. I would highly recommend them.

I have researched them from Angie's List. They did even some things that was going on that we did not care for, they made it right. They worked with us and made things right.

I don't like broken promises and I glad I didn't hire them.

Their salesman was on time when he came to give us the quote, which was slightly lower than the other bids. The team of two workmen came on time, worked very quickly, removed the old windows, installed the news ones and were gone in a day. They spread drop cloths inside to catch the broken glass, etc., so only left a few fingerprints on the window sills, which is only to be expected. We only had two very small complaints -- they removed some trim on a kitchen window and did not reattach it, which we were able to do with no trouble, and they left about 18" uncaulked on one window. Someone came out and fixed that within a day of our call. Our neighbors were so impressed with the work that they hired Southern Home Improvement to do theirs, and we were surprised with a check in the mail thanking us for the referral.

He is Russian and I found him by flagging him down on the street. I thought he was someone else and it turned out he even had the same name. I was a little worried since he wasn't the same Max and I wondered who I had gotten off of the street. He called me back to reassure me that he was here in town, had been here for several years and they were going to do good work for me.

He is very professional. He has a crew of workers and they are good guys. Once my roof is done, I plan on having the siding done.

He didn't charge me for this because I gave him the wood, nails and the use of my saw. He temporarily fixed the chimney to prevent water from getting into the house until I can get the roof redone.
