Great service all around. The office coordinated the work and the technician was on time for the initial survey, as well as the following installation. Quickly installed the doors and cleaned up afterwards.

The lady answering the phone was very nice and patient.
I met three different technicians from this company. All of them were very professional and polite.
They showed up on time and gave me a call at least 15 minute before they arrived. (that hardly ever happens these days) Amazing!!!
The first two technicians who came out to repair my door explained the problem to me with details. They didn't try to "sell".
My garage door opener was an old discontinued model, so I had to get a new one. The price was reasonable.
The technician who came out to install the new one was very nice, professional and on time, too. He finished the installation quickly and nicely. Very happy overall and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called on a Monday to request a new garage door opener to be installed. The receptionist took my information and my request for a specific date of service. I was called the day before the service as a reminder and was given a time window for the technician to arrive. The technician arrived on time. He installed the door opener and it didn't take very long. He took our old door opener and cleaned up everything. It was a very quick and easy process.
