Problem was shower floor leaked into basement. Wanted new shower tile and floor to fix leak, new sink, and new lights. Working schedule was sporadic. Some days someone would show, others not. Days/weeks went by with no work. He asked to work Saturdays which I allowed. Once payments of the "weekly progress invoices" totaled near the project total he packed tools and left with tile not grouted and doors not installed, and didn't return until threatened with being sued. Still didn't finish tile grouting or the doors. Damaged ceiling carrying in materials. By project end I did not trust him in my home. Less than year later shower floor is leaking into basement just as before. Working with Brian was a frustrating, annoying, expensive waste of time and money.

Poorly run buisness with low ethical standards and integrity. Brian the owner relies on people not knowing anything about construction and cuts corners and does half ass work. He has a few crew members that strive above his example like Rick but otherwise quality of work is low. List of issues I had to repair myself or that took substantial time to resolve. Flooring(used wrong underlayment and impropper instalation techniques leading to seams coming undone and chips in floor. Once presented with issues resolution took 1 year to complete and Brian insisted they did nothing wrong. Why would he pay for a whole new floor if it was done correctly in the first place. Half as work on sink pedistal installation, I looked at instructions and replaced shoddy work based off them and it looks and functions much better. Did not install sink disposal correct leading to leak that had to be repaired and parts had to be bought to replace damaged ones from install. Trim looks like hell and was not properly prepped prior to installation, paint is peeling, caulking done poorly and incomplete. Took a year to get a door striker installed on a door Brian himself installed then lost the parts for. Multiple other minor issues all through the kitchen remodel. The biggest issue was the lack of taking responsibility for his work and the disrespect show to my wife when she confronted him on issues. Brian Simpson has changed his business name multiple times to escape bad reviews.

Brian always delivers on what he promises. He also does his work without supervision or micromanaging, he simply does what needs to be done. He has done several projects for us throughout the years, the latest of which was a concrete project.

Brian helped mount a 65” tv. He was on time, knew what he was doing, and he was very nice. He wanted to make sure I liked the way it looked before he left and he said to give him a call if I need any more help with the tv. Great hire!

Brian was quick to respond to my inquiry. He honestly answers any questions, shows up when he says he will, and is a very hard worker, even in this heat. Have already lined up next project with him. Very nice guy! Thumbs up!
